Alarm systems chosen around your property
There is no single alarm system that suits every home or business. We install wired, wireless and hybrid systems, then choose the equipment around the building, the risks and how you want to use it.
You will deal directly with Lloyd or Matthew. We will explain the choices clearly, show you what is worth paying for and make sure the finished system is straightforward to live with.
The right system, not simply the latest system
A modern wireless alarm can be ideal where you want a neat installation with very little disruption. Wired equipment can make excellent use of existing cabling, while a hybrid system can combine both.
We look at entrances, vulnerable rooms, garages, outbuildings, pets, daily routines and who needs to operate the alarm. From there, we recommend a practical system rather than a standard package.
Ajax wireless alarm systems

Ajax is one of the wireless systems we can offer. Its equipment has a clean, modern appearance and is controlled through an easy to use app.
Depending on the equipment selected, an Ajax system can provide:
- Instant app notifications
- Remote setting and unsetting
- A clear event history
- Separate access for family members, staff or trusted users
- Optional photo verification with compatible MotionCam detectors
- Secure two way wireless communication between the hub and devices
- Internet and mobile network communication options on suitable hubs
- Battery backup if the mains power fails
Photo verification can help you understand why an alarm has activated by sending images from a compatible detector. It is not continuous video recording and is only included where it is appropriate and agreed.
See the system before you choose

We will show you the equipment and explain how each part works before anything is installed. Ajax devices are available in different finishes, allowing the system to sit neatly within many homes and businesses.
Professional equipment from established manufacturers
Ajax will not be the right answer for every property. We also work with established professional alarm equipment, including wired and hybrid options that may be better for larger premises or properties with useful existing cabling.
If you already have a system, we will first look at what can be retained. A sound cable network, working detectors or suitable controls may save disruption and unnecessary expense.
App controlled or professionally monitored
An app controlled alarm can notify you directly. For customers who want an alarm signal handled even when they are unavailable, we can also offer suitable systems with professional keyholder response monitoring through EMCS.
We will explain the difference between a standard audible alarm, app notifications and monitoring so you can choose the level of response that is right for you.

Installed and explained by local engineers
We set up the system with you, add the users you need and show you how to operate it before we leave. If you have a question later, you can contact the engineers who installed it rather than a call centre.
We work across Fakenham, Holt, Burnham Market, Wells next the Sea, Sheringham, Cromer and surrounding North Norfolk villages.
Ask us which system would suit your property
Tell us what you would like to protect and how you want the alarm to work. We will give you honest initial advice and arrange a free survey where needed.
