Secure East is a small independent business. Lloyd and Matthew carry out the surveys, installations and servicing ourselves. If you call with a question or a fault, you speak to someone who understands the equipment and may already know your property.
You deal directly with the engineers doing the work. We will listen to what you need, explain the options clearly and design a system that suits the property. No call centre. No sales team. No pressure to buy equipment you do not need.
We work across Fakenham, Holt, Burnham Market, Wells next the Sea, Sheringham, Cromer and surrounding North Norfolk villages.

Yes. We service, repair and take over many systems installed by other companies. We check the equipment, explain what needs attention and what can sensibly be retained. A working system does not always need to be replaced.

There is no fixed number that suits every house. We look at entrances, driveways, gardens, outbuildings, lighting and blind spots before suggesting cameras. The aim is useful coverage of the areas that matter, rather than the largest possible number of cameras.

Regular servicing helps prevent false alarms, weak batteries and unexpected faults. The right schedule depends on the equipment and how it is used. Tell us about your system and we will advise on a suitable service plan, including systems installed by another company.
